Multi-asset View
The Multi-asset View summarizes your what you've uploaded into the Data Manager. Here, you can segment your multi-asset analysis using various filters, which will impact the overall scoring within the analytics section depicted below:
You can further adjust your Overall Risk Score and Overall Resilience-adjusted Score by toggling the Climate Scenario (see "Medium Emission" depicted by "neutral" face icon above) and Time Period (Current, Early Century, Mid Century, End Century). The Benchmark (Global, Single-family, Multi-family, Office, Retail, Industrial) you choose will be depicted within the scale to the right of the headline score, color-coded based on how well the portfolio is performing against the benchmark.
To the left of the Time Period button is a hashtag and percentage. These allow you to toggle between Overall Physical/Resilience-adjusted Risk Score and Total Physical/Resilience-adjusted Impact. Either selection is accompanied by descriptive text explaining each ranking indicator to its right.
Single-asset View
If you want to drill-down into a particular location's results, navigate to the Single-asset View, where you can select an asset via drop-down or directly from the map. Similar to Multi-asset View, you will be able to toggle between Overall Physical/Resilience-adjusted Risk Score and Total Physical/Resilience-adjusted Impact. Unlike Multi-asset View, Single-asset View also displays Financial Impact Analytics, i.e., CapEx/OpEx projections, and breaks down each risk or resilience score by its underlying features like physical risk and societal resilience (depicted below). These features make up the headline Physical and Resilience-adjusted Scores for each risk category.
