How It Works

Choose Your Dataset(s) Select the specific dataset(s) you need for your use case.
Select Contract Tier Customize your contract based on the number of queries (unique addresses for data retrieval). Enjoy lower per-unit costs as query volume increases. Refer to the Pricing Table below for details.
Select License Type
1. SaaS License: Annual access to AlphaGeo Explorer, our native software platform, including full technical support.
2. DaaS License: Data-only access via API, Snowflake, Amazon, or other marketplaces.
Discounts
1. Multi-Product Discount: Save when selecting multiple products. See the Discount Table below.
2. Multi-Year Discount: Commit to a multi-year contract to lock in current pricing and receive additional savings for each additional year. This also protects you from potential price increases due to product enhancements. Refer to the Discount Table below.

AlphaGeo Explorer (SaaS) Pricing Overview

Note: AlphaGeo platform (SaaS) subscribers purchasing multiple datasets must purchase the same number of queries for all datasets. For example, you may purchase 100 queries for both the Risk and Resilience Index and Financial Impact Analytics, but not 100 for one and 50 for the other.

SaaS customers receive:

access to data products via AlphaGeo Explorer platform
ability to query location data and/or upload asset locations for portfolio assessment
platform functionalities for data visualization and automated report generation
ability to export data via direct download and/or API
access to AlphaGeo tech support

Queries refer to assets uploaded onto the platform or new locations searched.
